  • WHO WE ARE:

    Fred & Mary’s was inspired by our experiences of being in a thoughtful, beautiful space and the feeling that evokes. It’s awe and comfort, inspiring and authentic. That is something we wanted to offer people, through our curated selection of home goods and now our design services.

    Our company was founded by two friends — one of them an interior designer. Caroline has spent years working under her own name for clients all over the country, overseeing residential renovations, furnishing full homes, and designing boutique commercial projects. She wants to make good design more accessible - fueled by the idea that even the most simple interiors can spark joy and peace - which is why we offer various levels of design services!

  • 60-minute virtual consultation - these rapid fire sessions are designed to be productive, offering guidance per room on whatever you need help with — no matter where you are!

    I can provide suggestions for paint colors, tile, wallpaper or other materials, furniture layout, lighting options, and more!

    Cost $250 per session

  • The whole 9 yards! This option is meant for larger projects — whether it’s a multi-room renovation or sourcing furniture and accessories for the common rooms at an apartment complex. We offer an array of options depending on your project! See the full list of services below:

  • This offering is for real estate and short term rentals. We have experience furnishing entire Airbnb’s, including the OS&E (operating supplies & equipment), as well as staging for luxury real estate photography.
